What exactly is the Good Food Diet?
The Good Food Diet is not a diet in the true sense of the word. It is a healthy, delicious, sustainable, recipe-based way of eating, suitable for people who want to make a lifestyle change.
The Good Food Diet consists of recipes and cooking classes (wellness and gluten-free). It is perfect for those who want to control their health or dietary conditions such as blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, overweight, food allergies and intolerances (e.g. gluten or lactose).
I have a special interest in gluten-free living and love developing gluten-free recipes. I also offer gluten-free lifestyle consultations.

The Good Food Diet philosophy
Food, especially good food, is my passion and my business. I am a professional recipe developer and food stylist with a background in food and nutrition and many years of experience in the food industry.
My philosophy is that food should always satisfy the senses. One should never feel deprived, even if you have to follow e.g. a gluten-free or heart-friendly or weight-loss diet. In order for a healthy diet (be it diabetic-friendly, lactose-free, egg-free etc.) to be sustainable, the food should always look and taste delicious and exciting.
A healthy diet should not be too restrictive and healthy food should never be dull and boring. It is vital to add exciting new recipes to your diet on a regular basis.
I believe in a balanced, varied diet - high in fibre, lower in saturated fat and lower in sugar. However, it should also include indulgent treats... but portion control is vital!
I do not believe in special diet products or the exclusion of any food groups – just the inclusion of lots of honets, good food.

All my recipes are nourishing, flavour-filled good food recipes. I believe in using just good, honest, authentic ingredients. My Good Food Diet recipes require minimum preparation – they are perfect for busy people on the go. Good Food Diet recipes are foolproof and super-easy. No cooking skills are required.
